Sender ID Guidelines

Alphanumeric Sender ID

Alpha sender IDs are generally supported.
Numeric Sender ID

T-Mobile (23102) and O2 (23106) don't support numeric sender IDs. All numeric sender IDs will be overwritten to ensure delivery.

For other networks, numeric sender IDs are generally not supported unless offered by Vonage's 2-way service.
