Sender ID

Please use alphanumeric sender id for delivering messages to Italy. Numeric SIDs are allowed only via LVN purchased from Vonage, otherwise the delivery is on best effort.

The Italian networks stress that using a company name in the Sender ID is only allowed when the message is from that company.

Numeric (non LVNs) Sender IDs will be replaced with 'VGSMS' in order to ensure delivery.

There are no additional content restrictions beyond those in our Acceptable Use Policy.
