A. Creating Application under Vonage API Dashboard

1. Login to your Vonage API dashboard, navigate to Applications, and click on + Create a new application.

2. Now provide the Name for your application (e.g. Jumper RCS), and click on the Generate public & private key button to get the Private Key file. Ensure that you have the private key file readily accessible for future use when connecting Google RCS to the Jumper.ai dashboard.

3. Under the Capabilities section, enable the Messages option, and add the Inbound URL and Status URL with a sample URL (e.g. “https://jumper.ai“ ), these URLs will be auto-replaced later. Now Click on Generate new application.

4. Once the application is created, copy the Application ID and API KEY to your clipboard(keep it handy).  Ensure that you have the Application ID and API KEY readily accessible for future use when connecting Google RCS to the Jumper.ai dashboard.

Now go to the Link external accounts tab, and click on the Link option for the enabled Google RCS account.

5. Once linked, the application status will be updated to Linked to this application.

6. You can locate the API key and API Secret on your dashboard landing page. If you've already copied the API key in the previous step, feel free to skip this step as both are the same. Ensure that you have the API key and API Secret readily accessible for future use when connecting Google RCS within the Jumper.ai dashboard.

1. Navigate to Sales channel  >> Google RCS in the menu.

2. Now, add the Agent name (as configured under RBM), Application ID (App ID), Private Key, API key, API Secret, and App Name (e.g. Jumper RCS), copied while creating the application under the Vonage API dashboard. Click on Submit.
