Connecting SMS to Jumper.ai

Prerequisites
To connect your Jumper dashboard with an SMS account, you must have an existing Voange API account ( i.e. https://dashboard.nexmo.com/applications).
Procedure
- Once you are logged In, to your Vonage API Dashboard, you will find the API key & API Secret, copy the same.
- Now go to the Jumper.ai dashboard, then go to Sales channels >> SMS
- Here you can add your Mobile number & set an Account name according to your business requirements, now add the copied API key & API secret, then click on Submit
- Now, your SMS account should be connected with Jumper.ai, once connected you can find it under Sales channels >> SMS.
To disconnect your SMS account with Jumper, simply click on the Disconnect option.
- After connecting the SMS channel with Jumper.ai, you will have to set up Webhook URLs under Vonage API Dashboard, to enable the reception of SMS delivery status and inbound messages in a timely and efficient manner.
Step 1: Getting the 16 Digit Merchant ID
To get your 16-digit Merchant ID, please contact the Vonage support team at support@api.vonage.com to raise your request. Post this request, the support team will provide you with the 16-digit Merchant ID after consultation with the Jumper team.
Step 2: Setting up webhook URLs
- Go to Vonage API Dashboard >> API Settings >> SMS settings
- Set Webhook format as POST

Under delivery receipts (DLR) webhooks, add the following URL after replacing [16-digit merchant ID] with your actual 16-digit merchant ID, https://jumper.ai/sms/incoming/[16-digit merchant ID],

Under Inbound SMS webhooks, add the following URL after replacing [16-digit merchant ID] with your actual 16-digit merchant ID, https://jumper.ai/sms/incoming/[16-digit merchant ID]
