Question
When using the Archive Inspector tool, you might sometimes see archives that have a size marked "Not Available" with a status that says "Uploaded". What does this mean?
Applies To
- Video API
- Archive Inspector
Answer
No media is written to the file when the size is marked as "Not Available". This can happen if streaming was not started, a user left as soon as the archive was started, or there was a network error that caused a failure. These files typically have 0 bytes so recovering any media in the archive is not possible.
