Sender ID Guidelines
| Alphanumeric Sender ID |
Alphanumeric sender IDs are supported for networks except MTN*. *Pre-Registration is mandatory for the MTN network. Sender IDs are case-sensitive and must contain the brand name. |
| Numeric Sender ID | Numeric sender IDs are supported on all networks except for MTN, where the sender ID may be overwritten to ensure delivery. |
| Generic Sender ID | Generic sender IDs such as INFO, SMS, NOTICE etc are prohibited. |
