Quick access:
- Step 1 - Login to our dashboard

- Step 3 - Register a new 10DLC campaign
- Step 4 - Confirm the application
Please make sure you have read our 10DLC campaign registration guide before proceeding.
Campaign applications go through several reviews to ensure compliance to 10DLC requirements and CTIA guidelines. These reviews have increased the processing time, so we advise you to submit your campaign applications several weeks in advance to reduce the risk of disruption.
Update:
Vonage has just introduced a brand new campaign registration form. This new design allows a more intuitive way to register your campaigns. We guide you through the process with helper documentation, text examples, links to our knowledge base, and a better structure of the different campaign components in order to increase your understanding to the compliance requirements and ensuring the campaigns can be approved after the first review.
Step 1 - Login to our dashboard
Login to our dashboard
Step 2 - Navigate to your 10DLC brand
Step 3 - Register a new 10DLC campaign
Please read carefully the prerequisites, update your different subscriber opt-in mechanisms (aka. call to action) to match the legal verbiage listed and prepare the documentation you will need to supply during the registration
Next, you need to select the most accurate use case for your campaign. For each use cases, a description and a couple of scenario examples are listed, as well as the monthly price for that specific campaign.
Note that our dashboard only allows you to select the use cases your brand is eligible to, according to your brand entity type, brand verification level, and other key elements.
When selecting some use cases, you will be asked to select a number of sub-use cases, select all that apply (within the limits allowed).
On the next screen, you can see how your brand qualifies for this use case, if all the carriers have approved your use case, and the amount of messages you can send to each carrier.
On the following screen, you will provide basic campaign details, is this a campaign you register for yourself or for another entity (reseller campaign), the name you want to call that campaign, a description of the goal and type of messages you will send to the campaign subscribers.
Please note that in order to register a reseller campaign, you will need to provide your reseller ID. We are working on adding those features on the dashboard (coming soon), our self-registration API endpoint is already available. The Campaign Registry (TCR) recently announced that by the end of the year, anyone registering reseller campaigns will be required to be a registered reseller and properly qualify their campaigns as reseller campaigns when applicable. Reseller registrations are free, but the process can take a couple of days, so we recommend registering in advance.
You have now reached the most complex part of the campaign registration.
Please read the prerequisites page carefully, and make sure that you update all your subscriber calls to action (online forms, paper forms, scripted scripts, fliers, contracts, leaflets, adverts, etc.), to include the exact same legal verbiage we will add to your campaign message flow, to ensure its compliance with 10DLC campaign requirements.
When you are ready, you can start filling in the message flow section.
Once completed, and when clicking the next button, our service will automatically build your campaign message flow.
You will notice that we have added the message frequency, pricing disclosure, carrier disclaimer (when selected), and your help and opt-out instructions to the campaign message flow.
It is now time to describe the three required automated responses (according to the CTIA Guidelines). The message subscribers receive when enrolling to the campaign (opt-in mechanism), when they need assistance (help mechanism), and when they want to be removed from the campaign (opt-out mechanism).
When clicking on the message fields, the example text will transform into actual text. You will need to update it to match your campaign, ensure that all the required elements are in your message. You can refer to the text below the field to check what is required for each of the messages.
The next screen is all about the traffic you will send via the numbers linked to the campaign. You need to provide at least two sample messages for all campaigns (except 2FA campaigns, which only requires one), and at least one sample message per sub-use case selected at the beginning of the registration (if applicable).
You will then need to specify if your messages will include phone numbers, URLs, age restricted or direct lending content. Those contents are identified as high risk, and will require a higher scrutiny of the campaign during the review.
Yoohoo! You are almost there... You can now review the recap to confirm you selected the correct use case, and understand the monthly subscription for this campaign. If you are happy with everything, read and accept the 10DLC Terms & Conditions, and submit the campaign.
Step 4 - Confirm the application
You are then redirected to your brand's list of campaigns, where you can see your new campaign in "Pending Review" status.
Note that the subscription will only begin after our compliance team has reviewed & approved your campaign. Please ensure to have enough credit on your account to avoid inconveniences.
