Message shortcuts are designed to help you keep a consistent brand language and tonality, and assist your agents to respond quickly to customers for some commonly asked questions. There is no limit to the number of message shortcuts you can create. Make it easy for your agents so they don’t need to copy and paste from other documents. Follow the steps below to set them up in your account.
- Go to Settings > Live Chat Settings.
- From the left menu, select Message Shortcuts.
- Add new shortcuts by choosing a shortcut name, which will be accessible by the live chat agents when they type “/”.
- Save, and your shortcut will be immediately available.
Note: There is no limit on the number of message shortcuts you want to add.
