Setting up your Business Profile in Jumper.ai.

The following items are critical to set up in your business profile.
This logo will appear on your Order Confirmation and Shipment Tracking emails sent to customers alongside web-store & web-chatbot.
This should preferably be 500px by 500px and a transparent or white background.
Your brand name and web URL appear in your conversations, order summary and emails. You can update these details anytime.
Your customers will receive order confirmation, shipment tracking emails etc. from this email address.
When setting up the Business Email, it will require you to key in an OTP sent by Jumper to verify this email address.
(Note: Make sure the provided email is active and is not a mailing group address.)
Contact Email for Customer
This email will be shared with customers in order receipts, order confirmation messages and when they ask support related queries.
When setting up the Contact Email for Customer, it will require you to key in an OTP sent by Jumper to verify this email address.
Note: When order confirmation emails go out to customers, they tend to reply to the same email address for customer support queries. Hence, we recommend you to keep the same email address for both Business Email and Contact Email for Customer.
Business Phone Number
This phone number will be shared with customers in order receipts.
Choose your country code and then simply put in your Business Phone Number.
To add a toll free number, simply select the toll free code (1800), then add your toll free number.
Contact Number for Customer
This number will be shared with customers in order receipts and when they ask support related queries.
Set a timezone of the region where your store is located.
Note: The following sections are optional when completing your business profile.
This address will be treated as the warehouse address when setting up fulfilment partner integrations. Your shipping rates will be calculated using this address.
Account Email (Jumper Login Email)
The email using which you want to login into your Jumper dashboard. You can update it anytime.
Jumper Account Phone Number
Your primary contact number for Jumper’s internal purposes (Your customers will not see this if you have entered a number for support)
If your emails are not going through to customers, it is possibly due to your Brand domain not allowing Jumper.ai to fire emails on behalf of the brand email address. Should you face this issue, reach out to the Jumper.ai Technology team for more support.
