Procedure

The TokBox app for Slack makes it easy to quickly create video meeting rooms with screen sharing.

Once installed, you can use the TokBox app by typing the command /tokbox in any slack channel. This will create a new video meeting and provide a meeting link that is viewable by anyone with access to that channel.
