Key Dates - Upcoming changes
10DLC is a regulation to increase the level of compliancy of companies sending application-powered messaging to their customers in the USA. The regulation is still being ironed-out by the tier 1 carriers (AT&T, Verizon, T-mobile) and the "The Campaign Registry", the company they chose to centralise all 10DLC brand and campaign registrations.
This means the product and different rules of the regulation are still changing at an important rate, with many breaking changes happening regularly. We strongly advise our customers required to be compliant with the 10DLC regulation, to keep a close eye on this article to be made aware of upcoming changes to both our and our partners products and services.

Introduction of new campaign attributes Breaking change |

The elements customers need to provide adhere to the list of campaign requirements (2023), and are as follow:
For more technical details, check this page.
Customers must now start using the "message_flow_details" object instead of the older "message_flow" attribute, as it will be deprecated on January 4th 2024. |
