Can I login to the Support Help Center using my API Dashboard credentials?

Answer

Historically, Vonage customers needed to use separate accounts for the Support Help Center and API Dashboard.

Starting from June 24th 2025 Vonage introduced Single Sign On between these two portals. This means that you can login to both API Dashboard and Support Help Center using your Vonage API Dashboard credentials.

How to login to Support Help Center using SSO

Signing in from the API Dashboard

  1. Login to the API Dashboard
  2. Choose “Support” from the menu on the left side

  1. Click on Sign In button in the top right corner of the Support Help Center

  2. Choose “Continue with Vonage SSO”

  3. Login to API Dashboard using your API Dashboard credentials

Which email address should I use two different emails to login to my API Dashboard and Support Help Center?

If you are using different email addresses and login to the Support Help Center using SSO you will not be able to see your historical tickets created with your different email address. If you want to see your historical tickets - please login to the Support Help Center without using SSO.

Do I have to create a Support Help Center account if I never created one?

You don’t need to create a Support Help Center account, it will be created automatically together with your API Dashboard account.
