Objective

To guide Vonage AI Studio users on how to quickly and efficiently reach the Support Team through available channels directly from the platform or via the API Dashboard while providing access to self-help documentation resources.

Procedure

From the AI Studio Platform (Recommended)

You can reach Support directly from within the AI Studio platform:

  1. Log in to your AI Studio account
  2. Click the Help icon (located in the top-right corner)
  3. Select "Contact Support"
  4. Fill in the mandatory fields and provide a brief description of your issue
  5. Include the following information to help us resolve your issue faster:
    1. Session ID (if applicable)
    2. Agent ID (if applicable)
    3. Error screenshots (if applicable)
  6. Click Submit
  7. A member of our support team will get back to you as soon as possible.
  8. This is the quickest way to get help while working inside the platform.

From API Dashboard

You can also submit a support request through the Vonage API Dashboard:

  1. Log in to your API Dashboard account at https://dashboard.nexmo.com/
  2. Click the Support Menu (located in the bottom-left corner). This will open a new tab or window
  3. Click the "Submit Request" button
  4. From the "How can we help?" dropdown, select "Using AI Studio"
  5. Fill in the mandatory fields and provide a brief description of your issue
  6. Include the following information to help us resolve your issue faster:
    1. Session ID (if applicable)
    2. Agent ID (if applicable)
    3. Error screenshots (if applicable)
  7. Click Submit
  8. A member of our support team will get back to you as soon as possible.
