Applies To

  • Conversational Connect (Jumper.ai)
  • Live Chat
  • WhatsApp
  • Agents

Purpose

Unique Live Chat Link

You can create a Unique Live Chat link in your Jumper account to allow customers to connect directly with a Live Chat agent on WhatsApp, bypassing all automated bot flows.

Key Details:

  • Who should create this link?

Agents or brand advisors should create a unique link. If retail staff use the Jumper Dashboard for Live Chat, they can share this link with customers.

  • What happens when customers use this link?
    • Customers connect directly to a Live Chat agent
    • The link skips all bot journeys.
    • The link bypasses any group routing mechanisms that you may have set in Groups. (Team Members → Groups).
  • For multiple accounts:

If you manage multiple accounts, the same keyword you choose will apply across all connected accounts.
Example:

  • https://myclothestore.jumper.ai/talktous/wa/romil
  • https://myaccessoriesstore.jumper.ai/talktous/wa/romil
  • Important Note:
    • A unique Live Chat link is only applicable for WhatsApp.
    • Once created, the link cannot be deleted, but the keyword can be changed if needed.

  1. Navigate to Edit Profile from the left-hand menu and click on it.
