The Vonage Team will assist you throughout the RCS onboarding process, however we’ve compiled the information below so that you know what to expect during the United States RCS onboarding journey.

Required Documents  

  • Customer Questionnaire: Vonage will reach out to you when this document is required.
  • Proof of Ownership Letter: Vonage will reach out to you when this document is required

Requirements

  • Image requirements:
    • Logo size must be 224x224 px @ 300 ppi, jpg or png format
    • Banner size must be 1440x448 px @ 300 ppi, jpg or png format
  • Display details: Vonage will ask that you confirm the display details are correct, please note that once you confirm that the display details are correct and the process progresses we are not able to make changes. The display details include:
    • Logo image
    • Banner/hero image
    • Agent color
    • Brand agent display name
    • Agent description
    • Display phone number & label
    • Brand website
    • Display email & label
    • Privacy policy URL
    • Brand terms of service URL

Important note regarding T-Mobile & AT&T:

  • T-Mobile & AT&T are currently prioritizing Fortune 1000 companies for their RCS beta launch. While requests from other organizations are considered on a case-by-case basis, approval is not guaranteed. To support your brand's consideration, please provide any additional details you deem relevant for review.
