Adding Products in Jumper (Bulk Add products via CSV) - Without Variation

To upload multiple products at a time, we have built a simple CSV / TSV Bulk upload option and have provided you sample files to get started with immediately for the process.
Procedure
1. To start adding multiple products, go to Store in the menu option then select Product.
2. In the Products page click on Add/Import option, then select the Bulk add products option.
3. Here you will find 2 options for bulk upload, i.e. ‘Upload product data file’ & ‘Upload product variations data file’.
If your products have variations click on the ‘Upload product variations data file’ tab.
4. You will find a sample file link below the upload option, click on ‘here’ to download the sample file and know the format for product upload.
Important Notes : Before your start uploading your .CSV or .TSV files for your products or variations, follow the below instructions -
a. Make sure the column formatting matches the identifier type that Jumper accepts.
b. Make sure you have not, by mistake made any changes to the column headers including adding extra spaces, additional characters, or updated the sequence of the columns
c. Make sure your product information is entered using the correct format types detailed in the sections below.
This helps Jumper process the hashed column data to find matches during the upload and If you face any error during the upload, please make sure to verify your file is inline with the details mentioned here.
5. Formating Product Information

The product hashtag is an unique identifier for each product on Jumper. And can be used as a trigger keyword by the customer to start an automated purchase for the product. You can ideally choose any combination of numbers and alphabets for the hashtag. The hashtag should not contain any special or non-english, or accent characters. This value should be unique for each row/product. |

Here you can add detailed descriptions about your products, eg composition, ingredients, specifications, etc. The details you add here will show in a web view when the customer clicks the "View details" button attached to your product cards. This information is optional. There are no character limits, however if you are uploading the long description via .csv you can't add images or tables in your long descriptions. |

6. Once you have your .CSV file format with the following instruction mentioned above, upload your file by clicking on the upload option.
Once uploaded, you should see all your products that you just imported on your products page.
