Jumper offers the ability to create chatbots across various Sales Channels such as Facebook, Whatsapp, Instagram, etc.
Each of these platforms supports different kinds of message types. Eg. A list view message type supported on WhatsApp is not supported on Facebook Messenger. Similarly, a carousel card message type is not supported by WhatsApp.
And hence, while creating a bot the first step is to select the channel for which you want to create your bot. Based on your selected channels we provide you with the message type options which are being supported across those channels.
