Symptom

When attempting to submit a REST request to create a new meeting with MeetingsAPI, the following error occurs:

'You did not provide correct credentials'.

Resolution

1. Create a new application in the Nexmo dashboard
2. Generate the public/private key
3. Click on 'generate new application'

Cause

• Reversing steps 2 and 3, as stated in the resolution section above results in the JWT generated from that secret being invalid.
