How to duplicate an agent

Duplicate an agent.

Procedure
To duplicate an agent in your account, go to the main page, and click on the three little dots on the right at the end of the row of the agent you are looking to duplicate. Select "Duplicate".
A drawer is going to open on the right side, allowing you to change the name of the agent, and pick a new voice and time zone. Once you're done making your adjustments, click on "Duplicate agent" on the top right. A copy of the original agent with your adjustments is going to be created at the bottom of the page.
