Customer receives "Quota Exceeded - rejected" status response for their SMS request, despite the fact that they have Auto-Reload enabled for their account and the auto-reload payment doesn’t fail.

Customers can try to increase the balance threshold and/or increase the amount of auto-reload payment.
When the Auto-Reload is enabled, the account balance is checked every few minutes. If the system detects that the balance has fallen below the defined threshold, funds will be added to the account using the payment method. If the customer has a low threshold coupled with burst traffic, the balance may be consumed faster than it is replenished. Hence, the SMS request may be rejected and get this quota exceeded error.
