How do I properly resubscribe to video after a network issue causes the connection to fail over to audio only?

Answer
For Vonage Video API media-routed sessions, when Vonage detects network issues that impede the quality of an end-user's experience, it will automatically drop the video stream to an end point until video can be recovered. When bandwidth conditions improve, video will automatically be re-enabled.
