How to Access the Live Chat with Support Agent

Accessing the live chat with the Support team.

Procedure
- Log in to your Vonage Video API account.
- Hover over Help.
- Select Find Answers.
- On the bottom right corner of the page, click Help.
- In the chat window, click Get in touch.
- Select Live chat and an available support agent will help you.
Additional Information
If Get in touch option is not available please use Live chat button instead.
