Question
The call has 3 users (agent, customer, supervisor). The supervisor call leg can only be heard by the agent and not by customer. The recording includes all 3 users. What is the best way to record just the agent and customer call legs?

Answer
You can use multi-channel recording and manually remove the supervisor. This is the only way to remove the supervisor call leg in the recorded conversation and cannot be done at the point of recording.
