Vonage API Services support packs include, for all our customers, email and web support coverage. In addition, it also includes service status notifications, letting the customer know the current status of their requests, as well as access to our online knowledgebase database.
For an additional price, our customers can upgrade to the Priority, Premium, or Premier support packs, providing options for chat support, phone support, designated support engineer, account manager, reviews, guidance, and metrics that help troubleshoot and maintain a reliable service.
