Answer:
What are Verizon Pass-through Fees
Verizon has provided an update on their 10DLC, Toll-Free Number (TFN), and short code pass-through fees for US SMS. This pass through fee will increase from a $0.0025 surcharge to a $0.003 surcharge for all 10DLC, TFN and short code traffic through the Verizon network (MCCMNC 310004).
When does this change go into effect
This increase will be reflected in your per unit price for Verizon SMS in the United States on September 1, 2022.
Please note that non-10DLC-compliant ten-digit US SMS traffic has been subject to a $0.004 surcharge for T-Mobile and AT&T networks since March 2022. If you are still migrating, please complete your 10DLC compliance as soon as possible, as your non-10DLC-compliant traffic may be blocked at any time. Related support note.
