Objective

Manage who can access the Jumper Dashboard and their permission status.

Applies To

• Jumper
• Team Members

Procedure

1. Use the Team Members section to add new roles who can access the dashboard based on the permissions provided.
2. Input the email, First Name, and Last Name.
3. Choose the access role for this user.
   • Admins by default have access to the entire dashboard.
   • Agents by default have access to only Live Chat.
   • Members can have access to limited parts of the dashboard depending on the selection.
