To find the messages ID please login into your customer dashboard SMS logs. For example: message ID 319c2c54-19cd-46f3-ba2c-7a05034fbaf7

Additional Information

Please notice that technical logs such as messages ID are stored for up to 30 days.

There are two types of messages active now, but the legacy one will be obsoleted along with the SMS platform evolved within a few months in 2022.

• Legacy: A string of 16 semi-random alphanumerics like 34000000077DC588
• New: A standard UUID format (36 alphanumeric chars separated by dashes) like
