Answer

The WhatsApp Business Platform may not be used to send or receive any messages to or from the following countries or regions:

• Ukraine (Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk)
• Cuba
• Iran
• North Korea
• Syria

• Businesses in Turkey can use the platform, but app users in Turkey cannot receive messages sent via the Cloud API Numbers. Users can still receive messages from On Premises API numbers.
