Downloading your Vonage API account balance history, which includes account top-ups, virtual number subscriptions, refunds, credit notes, and debit adjustments that may have affected your account balance.
- Balance History
- Billing & Payment
- Log in to your Vonage API Dashboard.
- From the left sidebar, click your username to expand the menu.
- Click Billing & Payments.
- Click the Payment History tab.
- Under Payments, click Download.
- In the Download pop-up, select the Balance History tab.
- Click inside the date selector and select the month and year for which you want to download your balance history.
- Click Download. This will download the selected month's balance history in an Excel file.
