Why are there separate login credentials for the Support Portal and the Vonage API Dashboard?

Answer

Vonage API users are able to create new support requests, view self-help articles, and review previous support requests on the Vonage API Help Center. The login to the Help Center does not use the same credentials as the Vonage API dashboard as it is not on the same platform.
