Call Detail Records
Vonage API stores call detail records (CDRs) of your communications transactions including personal data for thirteen months. Users can remove personal data from these records with the Redact API.
Vonage API internally stores CDRs for financial records for ten years. These records have no personal data.
Technical logs which are used to assist in the operation of the platform are stored for up to 30 days.
