Sender ID

All SMS sent with numeric and genric Sender IDs to MTN Sudan (63402) and Zain (63401) will be blocked by the operator. MTN (63402), requires pre-registration of all International Brands.

To ensure delivery:

• Messages sent via Vonage with numeric Sender IDs will be automatically changed to "SMS" or "NXSMS."
• Messages sent via Vonage with alphanumeric Sender IDs will remain unchanged and will deliver as normal.

There are no additional content restrictions beyond those in our Acceptable Use Policy.
