Sender ID

Numeric Sender IDs are not permitted for Ghana, and will be changed to “NXSMS” or “SMS” to ensure delivery. For MTN, Alpha sender ID for MTN needs to be registered. Please ensure the registered sender ID is the same as your brand name. This can be done through your account manager, or you can contact Support. Please also note generic sender IDs are not accepted for MTN.
