Sender ID Guidelines

Alphanumeric Sender ID

*Alphanumeric Sender IDs require registration.
Numeric Sender ID

40101 - Numeric sender IDs are not supported.

Numeric Sender IDs may be overwritten to ensure delivery.

For other networks, numeric sender IDs are supported but only once you've registered alphanumeric sender IDs, numeric sender IDs are not accepted.
Generic Sender ID Generic sender IDs such as INFO, SMS, NOTICE etc are prohibited.

Use-Case & Content Guidelines

Marketing Traffic

Promotional traffic is only allowed between 9am-9pm (GMT+6) local time.

Traffic sent outside this time will be blocked by the operator's discretion, we recommend not to send. 

Any unsolicited traffic would be considered as SPAM and fined accordingly. If any subscriber (end-user in Kazakhstan) complains of receiving un-solicited messages, then end-user's written consent needs to be provided and this consent must be signed by this end-user and shows his/her agreement to receive such messages from a certain service. Otherwise, this traffic will be considered as SPAM and fined accordingly.

No political, religious, unsolicited promotion, or gambling content.
