The webhooks from the account level are used unless there is one at the number level or specified in an API request, then the number level overrides the account level if present.

- Webhook URL for Inbound Message.
- Webhook URL for Delivery Receipt (no equivalent at the number level).
Number
- SMS Webhook URL (inbound only) [overrides 1 Webhook URL for Inbound Message from account level].
- Voice Status webhook URL (inbound voice).
API Callback Parameter
