Proactive Traffic rules are a great way to protect your Vonage account against abuse. We recommend that customers review and set up these rules beforehand. Customers who want to block all countries except a few selected countries can set up Allowed and Block rules. Other than the high-risk countries blocked by default, customers should set up explicit block rules to ensure that traffic is not sent through to the other countries from their accounts. This article provides an example of a customer who only wants to send Voice traffic towards Singapore |(SG). 

The rules for the SG only would look like the following:
